McCurtain Memorial Hospital ("MMH") is operated by McCurtain Memorial Medical Management, Inc. (MMMM, Inc.) which is a not-for-profit Oklahoma Corporation comprised of board members ("The Board") who reside in McCurtain County. The Board is self-perpetuating meaning that the new members are appointed and elected by current members.

The Board meets the 4th Thursday of each month at MMH inside of the Community Conference Room at 12:00 noon. All notices are posted in accordance with state law and conform to open meetings laws and regulations.

The Chief Executive Officer, Brian Whitfield, is hired by The Board to manage, plan and organize the functions of the hospital. 

Regardless of the titles and positions, we rely on teamwork to get the job done; and we have fun doing it.
