Our program offers comprehensive, medically supervised care tailored to support your recovery from heart-related illnesses.

During your time in Cardiac Rehab, you'll receive ongoing monitoring and support as you work through a personalized program that includes evaluation, exercise guidance, nutritional counseling, stress management techniques, and other relevant health education. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve physical endurance, strength, and overall heart health.

Designed as a 12-week program, Cardiac Rehab encourages participants to attend three sessions per week.. Through consistent participation and commitment, you'll not only enhance your recovery following a cardiac event but also make lifestyle changes aimed at reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease in the long term.

Who may qualify for the cardiac rehab program?

Diagnosis of a documented acute myocardial infarction (heart attack)

Coronary bypass surgery (CABG)

Angina pectoris (chest pain)

Valve repair or replacement

Coronary stenting/ Angioplasty

Heart transplant
