Last week, McCurtain Memorial Hospital's Therapy Department had the pleasure of providing an educational in-service at Grace Academy for both staff and parents. Our talented team of occupational, and speech therapists shared valuable insights on the vital role of therapy in supporting children's development.
During the session, the therapists demonstrated techniques and strategies designed to address various challenges children may face, from physical coordination issues to speech and language development. Our team works with individuals of all ages, and it was a great opportunity to connect with the Grace Academy community.
Parents and staff learned about how our therapy services can enhance the well-being of children, promoting better communication, mobility, and overall health. It was especially heartening to see how engaged everyone was, with many parents expressing gratitude for the knowledge they gained.
