Human Resource

The Human Resource department at McCurtain Memorial Hospital is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, retention and onboarding of all employees. Additionally, the department serves as the employee advocate.

Human Resource works with various department heads throughout the hospital to ensure safe staffing levels. We also work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure we are able to offer competitive wages and benefits while staying within the hospitals budget.

Equally, the HR department oversees internal investigations, writes policy and maintains the employee record.

The HR department is overseen by the Chief Operating Officer, Brian Whitfield, BBA, SHRP and Carla George, Coordinator.
